Mapaero TOPCOAT XS420 is a three-component, high-solids polyurethane aircraft topcoat designed for structural and external aerospace applications. It offers excellent chemical resistance, durability and high-gloss finish retention. XS420 is recommended for use over Mapaero SP350 chromate-free epoxy primer to provide long-term protection of metallic aircraft structures.

Mixing & Application
- Mixing Ratio by Weight: Base 100 / Hardener 26 / Thinner 20
- Mixing Ratio by Volume: Base 3 V / Hardener 1 V / Thinner 1 V
- Store components between 18°C and 25°C for 24 hours before use
- Mix XS420 base for 5 minutes before adding hardener and thinner
- Preparation Temperature: 15°C to 35°C
- Spray application requires no induction time
Brush Application
- Mixing Ratio by Volume: Base 3 V / Hardener 1 V
- Activate hardener using integrated touch-up kit cap
- Shake for approximately 1 minute before use
- If required, stir manually until homogeneous
- Do not reseal touch-up kit after activation
- Pot Life: 3 hours
