/ Returning Goods?
Before returning the goods please fill in our online Return Form.
Please go to My Account > View Your Order History, select the order you want to return and click Return products.*
*The return process can only take place online for shipment in "Partially Shipped" or "Order Fully Shipped" status. If you have an order which you would like to cancel or return which is not in the above statuses, then please contact us via email: web.admin@aerospheres.com
/ What information is required?
The form will require you to advise what quantities you want to return and whether you want a replacement or a refund. Please also ensure that you have filled in the reason field as well.
Once you have submitted your form, our web admin team will be in touch with you accordingly.
Aerospheres will then send an RMA Number (Returns Material Authorisation) for goods to be returned, however you must ensure that the RMA Number is marked clearly on the packaging, as failure to do so can result in delays with return processing.
We will then investigate the error and advise you to the results accordingly. In case where the goods need to be scrapped at your end, Aerospheres will advise you accordingly.
Goods returned without an RMA Number on the packaging will delay the processing of your return.
Please ensure NOT TO return any items before being issued with an RMA Number. If for any reason you want to return the goods without the RMA Number, we will require you to send the goods at your own cost. Please also ensure all goods are received at Aerospheres in a "resealable" condition.
Please ensure that our Terms & Conditions of Sale are read at the earliest convenience.
PLEASE NOTE: For returning items ordered in error we will deduct a 30% restocking charge from your credit note.
/ Damaged / Missing Goods?
Please use the Returns form on my account (as shown above) to advise us about the discrepancy in your order (it can range from mis-shipped or damaged in transit shipped by Aerospheres).
On receipt of the form, our web admin team will then be in touch with you.
Note: Please report any issues with your order within 7 days of receipt via the website for Return. Aerospheres will not entertain requests beyond this period.
