3M 4016 is a double-coated urethane foam tape with high-performance acrylic adhesive, designed for bonding, vibration damping, and gap-filling applications. Ideal for mounting placards, nameplates, signage, and interior trim panels. It measures 2 inches (50.8mm) wide with a 36-yard (32.9m) roll length, 1.6mm (0.0625in) thickness, and features 3M Adhesive 100 system for excellent shear strength and temperature resistance up to 104°C continuous and 193°C short-term. Conforms easily to uneven surfaces for enhanced durability in aircraft interiors and service areas.
