Overview
PPG PS870A-1/2 is a two-component, manganese-dioxide cured polysulfide sealant used for corrosion control in aircraft structures. It cures at room temperature to a resilient, flexible, and fuel-resistant elastomeric film that adheres to aluminium, titanium, and composite substrates. It supports thicknesses up to ~25 mils (~0.64 mm) and retains properties at low temperatures down to -65°C (-54°F).
