    Information

PR-2007 Class B Lightweight Aircraft Fuel Tank Sealant

    Overview

PR-2007 Class B is a lightweight, fast-curing, two-component polysulfide aircraft fuel tank sealant developed for integral fuel tanks, fillet sealing and aircraft fuselage sealing applications. Offering approximately 30% weight savings compared with conventional fuel tank sealants, it cures at room temperature to form a resilient, highly flexible seal with excellent adhesion to common aerospace substrates. The cured sealant provides long-term resistance to jet fuel, aviation gasoline and limited exposure to phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, making it ideal for both OEM production and MRO fuel tank repairs.
