    Information

RTV5249 One-Component Neutral Cure Silicone Adhesive Sealant

    Overview

RTV5249 is a one-component, neutral cure electronic-grade silicone adhesive sealant designed for aerospace, electronics and industrial sealing applications. Based on an alkoxy curing system, it rapidly cures at room temperature to produce a tough, resilient elastomer with excellent adhesion to metals, painted surfaces and plastics without the need for primer in most applications. Offering outstanding resistance to moisture, weathering, ozone and chemicals, RTV5249 maintains long-term flexibility and electrical insulation in demanding service environments.
