Overview

CS 3204 is a two-part polysulfide fuel-resistant sealant designed for use in aircraft integral fuel tanks, pressurised cabins, and other areas exposed to fuels, lubricants, oils, water, and environmental conditions. It cures at room temperature to form a flexible, resilient rubber with strong adhesion to aerospace substrates including aluminium, magnesium, titanium, and steel.

• Apply within work-life window based on product class (0.25�4 hours)

• Cure time varies with temperature and humidity
• Standard cure conditions: 77°F (25°C) at 50% RH
• Full cure ranges from ~16 to 90 hours depending on class
• Heat acceleration possible up to 120°F with caution

Clean-Up & Removal

• Methylene chloride-based solvents used for uncured or cured material removal
• Soaking required for fully cured sealant removal
