Naftoseal?MC?780C?4 is a low density polysulfide sealant featuring a 4 hour workable application life. It operates in service temperatures from –55?°C to +130?°C (–67?°F to +266?°F), with short term resistance up to +182?°C (360?°F). It offers a low viscosity mix for easy extrusion, but with high thixotropy to prevent sagging, plus a “self-filleting” characteristic that helps form a smooth bead between interfacing surfaces. The cure time is influenced by temperature: cure can be accelerated by increasing temperature up to ~?60?°C (140?°F).
