Naftoseal?MC?630 A?2 is formulated for aircraft manufacturing and MRO applications where a durable, high performance seal is required. It cures via a manganese dioxide catalyst to a flexible, resilient form, with excellent adhesion to metals (aluminium, titanium, stainless steel) and composite surfaces. It resists aviation fuels, lubricants, and common aerospace chemicals, while having good tool ability and low slump to avoid sagging on vertical or overhead surfaces. It operates across a wide service temperature range (–55?°C to +130?°C) and can be cured faster (e.g. at up to 60?°C) to accelerate production or repair cycles. The kit size is tailored for smaller jobs or tight access use, and the two-part system ensures long-term stability of the bond line.
