Overview
DAPCO™ 2200 is a high-performance, two-component, solvent-free, thixotropic silicone paste designed for critical aerospace sealing, bonding, and coating applications. Engineered for aircraft construction, repair, and maintenance, it delivers reliable performance in environments exposed to extreme temperatures, aggressive chemicals, and fire-risk conditions.
Commonly used as a sealant, filleting compound, or protective coating, DAPCO™ 2200 is especially effective in applications requiring fire resistance, phosphate ester fluid exposure resistance, and long-term environmental durability. It also functions as an insulative and ablative heat shield material for advanced aerospace systems.
