3M AC350?B2 is a mediumdensity, two-component polysulfide sealant specially formulated for aerospace use. It cures via manganesedioxide and forms a tough, resilient elastomer that resists aviation gasoline, jet fuel, and petroleum chemicals. After curing, it maintains bond strength on a variety of substrates, including aluminium, titanium, steel, composites, under demanding environmental conditions. Its service temperature ranges from –65?°F (–54?°C) to +250?°F (+121?°C), with shortterm exposure up to +360?°F (+182?°C). It is designed for high-integrity applications like fuel tank sealing, where long-term resistance to fuel and mechanical stress is critical.
