Overview
3M AC350B-2 is a medium-density, two-component polysulfide sealant formulated for aerospace use. It cures via manganese dioxide to a tough, resilient elastomer resistant to aviation gasoline, jet fuel, and petroleum chemicals. Bond strength is maintained on aluminium, titanium, steel, and composite substrates under demanding environmental conditions. Service temperature ranges from -65°F (-54°C) to +250°F (+121°C), with short-term exposure up to +360°F (+182°C). Designed for high-integrity applications like fuel tank sealing where long-term fuel and mechanical resistance is critical.
