The PPG Desothane HD CA9032/B7022 kit is engineered specifically for aircraft over wing walkway applications: the polyurethane resin provides excellent durability, lower density (thus lower weight), and roller apply capability for faster surface treatment. It meets FAA non skid requirements, offers service temperature range from 54?°C to 177?°C ( 65?°F to 350?°F), and is supplied as a complete kit including the pumice additive (920K059) to achieve the required texture. The system saves paint shop time via roller application, reduces system weight compared to conventional coatings, and maintains aerodynamic smoothness between walkway zones. Ideal for maintenance shops on large transport aircraft.
