    Application Guidelines

    • Mix each component thoroughly before combining.
    • Slowly add Component B into Component A while continuously stirring.
    • Mix at a 1:1 ratio by volume.
    • Allow the mixed primer to induct for 30-45 minutes before application.
    • Thin with MIL-T-81772B Type II thinner when required.
    • Apply an initial mist coat and allow approximately 30 minutes drying time.
    • Apply a second coat to achieve a dry film thickness of 0.6-0.9 mils.
    • Spray application is recommended; brush or roller application should be limited to small areas.
