    ALEXIT® H/S BaseCoat 411-22 is a fast-drying high-solid polyurethane basecoat developed specifically for aircraft exterior finishing applications. Designed for use as part of the ALEXIT exterior coating system, it delivers excellent hiding power, outstanding color and gloss retention, and exceptional resistance to chemical and mechanical exposure. The coating complies with modern aerospace VOC requirements and is typically used in combination with ALEXIT® H/S ClearCoat 411-14 to achieve long-term durability and appearance retention.

    Installation & Handling

    • Clean surfaces thoroughly before application using approved aerospace cleaning agents
    • Recommended mixing ratio by volume:
      • 3 Parts ALEXIT® H/S BaseCoat 411-22
      • 1 Part ALEXIT® Hardener 405-86
      • 0.75-1 Part ALEXIT® Activated Thinner
    • No induction time is required after mixing
    • Typical spray viscosity:
      • ISO 4 mm: 25-35 seconds
      • Zahn 2: 16-24 seconds
    • Suitable for conventional, electrostatic, and air-assisted airless spray equipment
    • Clean equipment using CELEROL® Equipment Cleaner 904-87
