Overview

Isomap P21 is a three-component, chromate-free polyurethane aircraft primer designed for exterior aircraft applications on aluminium alloy and composite substrates. It provides a protective primer system for aerospace structures where corrosion resistance and compatibility with aircraft finishing systems are required.

Mixing & Application

• Store unmixed products between 18°C and 25°C for 24 hours before use

• Dust Free: 20 minutes at 23°C
• Dry to Tape: 2 hours at 23°C
• Dry to Tape: 1 hour at 40°C

• Recoatable: 6 to 72 hours at 23°C
• Recoatable: 2 hours at 40°C

• Allow 1 hour flash-off at room temperature before drying at 60°C
