Overview

DOWSIL™ 3140 RTV Coating is a one-part, moisture-curing silicone adhesive and conformal coating designed for electronic protection, encapsulation, and corrosion resistance applications. This translucent RTV silicone coating offers excellent flowability, flame resistance, and environmental durability while meeting multiple aerospace, military, and IPC specifications. It is widely used for protecting rigid and flexible circuit boards, solder joints, and sensitive electronic assemblies operating in demanding aerospace and industrial environments.
