Accu-lube?LB?10000 is designed for aerospace-grade machining operations where cleanliness, tool life and fluid efficiency are critical. The formulation uses renewable source base oils and omits biocides, sulphur, nitrites and chlorine, making it well suited for aerospace environments with stringent cleaning and disposal requirements. It enables “near?dry” machining by supplying a very controlled micro lubricant film via the Accu-lube system, thereby reducing degreasing and cleaning efforts post?machining. The product supports operations on ferrous and non?ferrous materials, improves tool life, and reduces the need for downstream cleaning advantages aligned with aerospace MRO and manufacturing demands. The manufacturer notes that components must still be cleaned prior to heat treatment.
