Overview

P-80® Temporary Rubber Assembly Lubricants are ester-based, water-blend assembly lubricants developed by International Products Corporation for installing rubber and soft plastic components. Designed to reduce friction during assembly and then dry without re-lubricating, P-80® helps parts slide into place easily while maintaining tight final fits. The range includes liquid, gel, quick-drying and incidental food contact variants for rubber seals, O-rings, hoses, grommets, bushings, boots and other elastomeric assemblies.

• Compatible with many common elastomers, plastics and metals based on IPC compatibility testing
• Does not contain petroleum distillates, silicone or CFCs
• Once dry, will not re-lubricate even in the presence of water
• Do not dilute with water or mix with other chemicals
• Excess lubricant can be wiped or washed away with soap and water
• P-80® residue may discolour copper and copper alloys; user testing is recommended
