Information
LPS® TKX® All-Purpose Lubricant
Overview
LPS® TKX® All-Purpose Lubricant is a multi-purpose lubricating and penetrating oil designed to lubricate moving components, displace moisture, loosen rusted or frozen parts, and provide long-term corrosion protection. Formulated to leave a durable, non-drying oily film, it delivers reliable lubrication and protection across a broad operating temperature range. The product is non-conductive, silicone-free, and free from chlorinated solvents, making it suitable for aerospace, industrial maintenance, manufacturing, and general equipment servicing applications.

Material Engineering & Design Features
TKX® All-Purpose Lubricant is engineered to combine penetrating, lubricating, moisture-displacing, and corrosion-inhibiting properties within a single formulation. The lubricant forms a durable oily film that remains active after application, helping protect mechanical systems from wear, corrosion, and environmental exposure.
The formulation provides:
- Long-lasting lubrication performance
- Excellent moisture displacement capability
- Corrosion protection for exposed metal surfaces
- Electrical insulation characteristics through high dielectric strength
- Compatibility with general maintenance and industrial lubrication applications
The product complies with:
- A-A-50493D Class B Type I
- NSF International H2 (Aerosol)
- NSF International H2 (Bulk)
Installation & Handling
- Shake well before use
- Apply to clean surfaces whenever possible
- Use the supplied extension tube for precise application
- Allow the lubricant to penetrate rusted or seized components before attempting movement
- Reapply periodically where long-term lubrication or corrosion protection is required
- Ensure adequate ventilation during application
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment when handling
Environmental & Compliance Notes
- Store in original tightly closed containers
- Protect from direct sunlight
- Do not expose to temperatures above 50°C (122°F)
- Pressurized aerosol containers must not be punctured, crushed, or incinerated
- Keep away from open flames, sparks, and ignition sources
- Use grounding and bonding procedures to prevent static accumulation
- Store in a well-ventilated location
- Refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for disposal and handling requirements
