Overview

Lubri-Bond® HT is an air-drying molybdenum disulphide (MoS?) solid film lubricant formulated with a silicone binder for high-temperature lubrication and anti-seize protection. Designed for aerospace, defence and industrial applications, it provides a low coefficient of friction, excellent thermal stability and high load-carrying capability. The coating performs particularly well on threaded fasteners, bushings, cams, bearing surfaces and mechanical components exposed to elevated temperatures and heavy loads.

Compatibility & Safety Notes

• Best applied over grit-blasted surfaces for optimum adhesion
• Apply using spray equipment only
• Dilute and clean equipment using toluene or xylene
• Air dries in 24 hours at ambient temperature or may be heated to 480°F (249°C) for forming applications
• Not recommended for continuous exposure to Skydrol® 500 hydraulic fluid
• Store in sealed containers between 4°C and 38°C
