Overview
Huntsman RENLEASE QZ 5111 is a liquid wax suspension mould release agent tailored for aerospace and industrial moulding applications. It produces a hard, polished layer on mould surfaces and is part of a family of specialised release products including PVA and silicone variants.

- QZ 5101: Film?forming Poly?Vinyl?Alcohol (PVA) release agent; also used to seal porous surfaces, producing glossy mouldings.
- QV 5110: Cloth?applied wax?based release agent for general applications; polishable to a lustre.
- QZ 5111: Liquid wax suspension in solvent for general and intricate mould surfaces; produces a durable, polished layer.

Application Guidelines
- QZ 5101: Apply by brush or spray in one or more layers. Non?silicone wax may be needed to ensure even coating.
- QV 5110: Apply by brush or cloth, allow ~30 min drying, then polish with a soft cloth.
- QZ 5111: Apply 2 3 layers by brush or spray; allow solvent to evaporate (~15 min). Shake/stir before use.
- QZ 13: Apply 2 3 light coats; contains flammable solvent use appropriate safety precautions.
