Information
CYCOM® 7701 by Cytec is a self-extinguishing, solvent resistant epoxy resin. It can be cured at 121°C. Possesses excellent tack and drape in prepreg form. It is self-adhesive to honeycomb core. Can be processed by press molding, autoclave fabrication or vacuum bag processing. Designed for structural laminates and honeycomb core sandwich panels for aircraft exteriors. The recommended lay-up procedure for CYCOM® 7701 is L-3 or L-6 and cure procedure is C-6 or C-7. It has a shelf life of 6 months at -18°C and 10 days at 22°C.
