Overview
3M Scotch-Weld AF1262 is a toughened thermosetting epoxy film adhesive for aerospace structural bonding. Supplied in a 36-inch x 36-yard roll, 0.03 wt. version (~0.005 in / 0.13 mm thick), it cures at 121°C (250°F) under 50 psi in about 1 hour. Qualified for metal, composite, and honeycomb panels, it meets Airbus IPS 100600105 and Boeing BMS 5129 Type 2 Class IIA Grade 5 specifications.
