Axarel?2000 is formulated to meet MIL-PRF-680 Type II, delivering similar cleaning performance to Axarel-1000 but with a higher flash point (~62?°C / 144?°F), reducing fire risk in enclosed maintenance environments. It is compatible with metals, polymers, and elastomers, and offers low residue after cleaning. Engineers use it for safer cleaning operations where solvent vapour management and hazard reduction are critical, such as in wash racks or parts cleaning stations without full ventilation or explosion-proof equipment.
