Application Process

• Immerse component or PCB assembly into HumiSeal® Stripper 1080 Series product
• Allow coating to dissolve at room temperature
• Typical cured acrylic coatings dissolve within approximately 30 minutes
• No additional heating required
• Keep container covered to minimise solvent evaporation
• After stripping, wash assembly thoroughly using isopropyl alcohol, deionised water, or an approved cleaning process
• Dry assembly for a minimum of 30 minutes at 66°C before recoating
