Permaglass WFT/3 is a woven glass/phenolic aircraft cargo liner engineered for high mechanical strength and fire safety. Edge-bearing resistance meets or exceeds Boeing BMS 8-223 Class 3 requirements, with values ranging from 30,000 psi to 40,000 psi depending on panel type.

Flammability Performance

Vertical burn, burn length, and drip tests confirm compliance with Boeing BSS 7230 standards, providing instant extinction, minimal burn length, and no dripping. Panels also pass FAR 25.855 Appendix F Part III flame penetration and back-face temperature criteria.

Smoke Density and Toxicity

Smoke density and toxic gas emissions (CO, HCN, HF, HCl, NOx) remain well below FAA and Boeing limits, ensuring safety in occupied aircraft compartments.

Finish Options
