Information
Permaglass WFT/3 is a woven glass/phenolic cargo lining designed for exceptional durability and impact resistance. It fully complies with Boeing BMS8-223 Class 3 and is approved for Types 13 through 40. Engineered for demanding aircraft applications, it provides excellent structural performance with low smoke and toxicity characteristics.

- Type 50 – 40,000 psi (276 MPa)
- Type 70 – 40,000 psi (276 MPa)
Flammability Performance:
- FAR 25.855 App.F Part III: No flame penetration; back face temps well below the 400°F requirement.
- Boeing BSS 7230: Instant self-extinguishing, no dripping, excellent burn length performance, and no flame penetration.
Smoke Density & Toxicity (Type 40):
- Dm at 4 minutes: 50 (Boeing limit: 200)
- Toxicity levels (CO, HCN, HF, HCl, NO?) all well below Boeing maximum allowable ppm levels.
