Why This Product is Chosen for AOG / MRO

    • Long pot life allows large repair areas to be completed from one mix
    • Excellent sandability reduces finishing time before priming
    • Ambient curing eliminates the need for heat curing equipment
    • Provides excellent adhesion to both composite and metallic aircraft substrates
    • Low VOC formulation supports modern aerospace coating requirements
    • Qualified to recognised aerospace specifications for structural surface preparation

Practical Suggestions for Your Team (AOG Mindset)

    • Thoroughly stir the base before adding the hardener to ensure a uniform mix
    • Maintain the specified 100:1.5 mix ratio to achieve consistent curing and sanding performance
    • Prepare substrates by cleaning and abrasion before applying the filler for maximum adhesion
    • Apply using thin, even layers with a filler knife or spatula to minimise sanding time
    • Allow approximately 1.5-2 hours before sanding and 2-3 hours before applying primer or topcoat
    • Store unopened materials between 5°C and 35°C to maximise shelf life
