N58479/T508 Polyester Filler is a two-component polyester-based filler developed by PPG Aerospace for the repair of metal and composite aircraft structures. • Maximum adhesion is achieved on well-abraded metal, wood and glass fibre reinforced polyester surfaces
• Clean substrates using DeSoto® CN20 or Desoclean™ 45 solvent cleaners before application
• Condition all components between 15°C and 30°C for at least 24 hours before mixing
• Apply using a filler knife or plastic/rubber spatula

• Maintain the specified 100:1.5 mix ratio to achieve consistent curing and sanding performance
• Prepare substrates by cleaning and abrasion before applying the filler for maximum adhesion
• Apply using thin, even layers with a filler knife or spatula to minimise sanding time
• Allow approximately 1.5-2 hours before sanding and 2-3 hours before applying primer or topcoat
• Store unopened materials between 5°C and 35°C to maximise shelf life
