Loctite?422 is one of Henkel’s low viscosity cyanoacrylate instant adhesives. Its low viscosity enables it to penetrate fine gaps and achieve rapid cure and bonding of small components. It is highly relevant for aircraft MRO use in non structural assemblies where quick handling strength is required, such as inside cabin modules, lavatory modules, interior panels or light weight serviceable parts. Though not intended for structural load?bearing components, its quick turnaround and compatibility with diverse substrates make it a useful tool for maintenance engineers.
