Information
Henkel Loctite 409 is a gel-type cyanoacrylate adhesive optimised for aerospace maintenance. Its high viscosity prevents run-off on vertical surfaces, enabling controlled application even when working on difficult geometries. It cures rapidly in the presence of atmospheric moisture, delivering high strength bonds between a wide range of substrates, metals, rubber, plastics (even challenging ones when used with primer). The quick fixture time makes it ideal for quick repairs or bonding tasks during maintenance checks, saving time and avoiding heavy structural adhesives when not required.
