Overview
LOCTITE® STYCAST® EE 4215 / HD 3404 is a two-component, silica-filled epoxy casting compound designed for high-performance potting and encapsulation applications. The undiluted epoxy system offers excellent thermal stability, low shrinkage, reduced thermal expansion and low moisture absorption, making it ideal for protecting electronic assemblies and electrical components operating in demanding industrial and aerospace environments. The cured material provides high mechanical strength, excellent electrical insulation and reliable long-term dimensional stability.
