DP8810NS is a low odor, non-sag, toughened acrylic adhesive, mixed at a 10:1 ratio. It gives operators ~10 minutes to apply and adjust before the bond line cures. It reaches structural strength (~1,000?psi / ~7?MPa) in about 38 minutes at room temperature. It contains spacer beads to precisely control bond line thickness, improving joint consistency. The adhesive remains non-flammable, making it safer in enclosed or poorly ventilated spaces. It has a long shelf life (18 months stored at room temperature). In aviation, this adhesive is valuable for bonding larger assemblies and structural parts where fast cure is less critical than ease of positioning.
