Information
The DP8810NS low-odour acrylic adhesive is formulated for industrial and aerospace use, offering reliable performance without the strong fumes typical of other acrylics. With a 10:1 mix ratio and a 10-minute working life, technicians have enough time to position parts before cure begins. Upon full cure (~38?min), it achieves strong overlap shear strength, with excellent resistance to peel and impact, making it well-suited for load-bearing joints. The non-sag nature (thanks to spacer beads) ensures adhesive stays in place during application. Engineers appreciate its safety profile, non-flammable and low odour, and its long shelf life (18 months at room temp).
