DP8805NS is a two part, toughened acrylic adhesive with a 10:1 mix ratio designed for high performance, fast curing applications. The adhesive has a 4 minute work life and develops ~1,000?psi (~7?MPa) shear strength within 9 minutes at 23?°C (73?°F). Spacer beads (~0.25?mm / 0.010?in) ensure consistent bond line thickness. It retains high shear strength even after exposure to extreme environments. Aerospace engineers use it for small volume fast cycle bonding tasks, ensuring minimal fixture time while maintaining structural integrity in aircraft assemblies.
