This is the high volume version of DP8625NS. Its high elongation (around 200%) combined with its structural strength makes it suitable for bonding components subject to movement, thermal expansion, or vibration. The long 23 minute open time gives engineers time to align and assemble parts accurately, and the non-sag formulation ensures precise application. The contained spacer beads control bond line thickness to ensure consistency and repeatability. Its performance characteristics make it very useful in aerospace MRO for flexible yet strong structural bonds where traditional rigid adhesives could crack or fail under stress.
