Information
DP8625NS is a non-flammable, low odour acrylic adhesive with a 10:1 mix ratio. It offers approximately 200% tensile elongation at break, making it highly flexible. The spacer beads (~0.010″ / 0.25 mm) help maintain consistent bond line thickness. It cures at room temperature, and its long work life (23 minutes) enables ease of use in complex assemblies. The cured bond resists slumping (non-sag), and it's especially beneficial in applications where components expand/contract or vibrate, reducing stress concentrations and improving fatigue resistance.
