The 3M?Scotch?Weld?DP8410NS in 490 mL cartridge delivers the same advanced toughened acrylic structural adhesive performance as the smaller format, but scaled for larger bonding operations. With its room temperature cure, fast structural strength in minutes, and capability for elevated service temperature (≈85 °C / ≈185 °F), it supports aerospace manufacturing and MRO processes where large adhesives loads must be applied efficiently. Its capacity for bonding mixed substrates (metals, composites, plastics), ability to handle slightly oily surfaces, and high impact, peel and shear strength make it suitable for aircraft fuselage module bonding, wing skin assemblies, and large repair patches under rigorous certification regimes.
