The 3M?Scotch?Weld?DP8410NS is a high performance structural adhesive designed for demanding aerospace assemblies where metals, plastics and composite materials may be bonded under elevated temperature service conditions (up to ~85 °C / ~185 °F). Supplied in a 45 mL cartridge, its fast cure profile and high shear, peel and impact resistance make it ideal for aircraft structural manufacturing, repair and overhaul operations where downtime must be minimised and joint strength is critical. It uses the same toughened acrylic chemistry, glass bead spacing control, and is tested to meet aerospace performance criteria, including flammability, smoke and toxicity per aircraft OEM standards.
