Information
This is the high volume version of DP8407NS. It has the same grey color, 10:1 mix ratio, and high performance bonding to bare or lightly oily metals. It can withstand powder coat and bake cycles up to ~400?°F (204?°C) for at least an hour, making it compatible with painted or coated metal assemblies. The non-sag formula ensures precise application even on vertical surfaces. Strength builds quickly and full cure is around 24?hours at 23?°C. Bond line thickness is controlled by 0.25?mm spacer beads, improving consistency and mechanical properties. For aerospace, it's used to bond large metal assemblies, reducing the need for mechanical fastening and improving fatigue resistance.
