3M Scotch-Weld DP8405NS is a two-part acrylic adhesive cartridge (~1.52 oz / 45 mL) that cures at room temperature in ~20 minutes, bonds metals, plastics, and composites with high shear, peel, and impact strength, and is ideal for structural aerospace assembly, repairs, and mixed-substrate bonding between ~40°F to ~176°F (~4°C to ~80°C).

Overview
3M Scotch-Weld DP8405NS is a two-part toughened acrylic structural adhesive supplied in a 45 mL cartridge (~1.52 US oz) with a 10:1 mix ratio by volume. Typical open time is ~3 min, set time 14-16 min at 22°C (72°F), achieving structural strength in ~18-20 min. Contains 0.010 glass beads for bond line control. Suitable for bonding metals, plastics, and components with oily surfaces.
