The Scotch?Weld?DP604NS is a two?part black urethane adhesive engineered for aerospace and industrial repair applications. The 1:1 volume mix ratio and non?sag paste formulation allow vertical and overhead applications without flow?out. It offers fast setting (e.g., handling strength in ~20 minutes, full cure in ~6 hours) and low?temperature flexibility (service range from about –51?°C (–60?°F) to +121?°C (+250?°F)). Typical shear strength is ~900?psi (~6.2?MPa) on aluminium at 23?°C. Aerospace engineers select this adhesive for bonding and repairing mixed?material structures where rapid set and durability matter, and it is catalogued under aerospace part numbers for MRO supply.
