3M Scotch-Weld DP190 Grey is a two-part epoxyacrylate hybrid adhesive tailored for aerospace applications. It combines high strength, toughness, and durability with good gap filling and fatigue resistance. The grey colour helps in visual identification of bond line, and its formulation enables good adhesion to metal and composite substrates common in aircraft (e.g., aluminium, CFRP). Engineers use DP190 for semi-structural repairs, attaching secondary structural parts, or in places where flexibility and vibration tolerance are needed, but also a high-performance, long-lasting bond.
