Dayton-Granger 16307 (model 610-1016) is a two-part, silver-filled epoxy formulated for conductive attachment and moderate structural retention. It is used when mechanical fasteners are impossible or would compromise lightweight/delicate structures (e.g., honeycomb, thin skins, tip tanks). The silver loading provides low electrical resistance for grounding/earth paths while the epoxy offers good adhesion to metals and many composites. Typical cure times are on the order of 24 hours to full cure at room temperature, with workable handling strength earlier; engineers search for “conductive epoxy 610-1016”, “Dayton-Granger conductive epoxy”, or “16307 retainer adhesive” to locate this product for MRO and OEM tasks.
