Engineered for the most critical inspection applications, Magnaflux ZL-37 is an ultra-high sensitivity Level 4 Post-Emulsifiable Fluorescent Penetrant specifically designed for detecting extremely fine discontinuities in safety-critical and high-stress components. Ideal for titanium turbine parts and investment castings, ZL-37 provides the highest reliability in penetrant testing (PT) where precision and safety are paramount. Its non-water-soluble formulation ensures minimal risk of over-washing, delivering superior defect detection with exceptional clarity and contrast.

For controlled and reliable defect development, it can be used with ZE-4E (Method B lipophilic emulsifier) or ZR-10E (Method D hydrophilic emulsifier).
