Checkmor 240 is a high-sensitivity, visible light penetrant formulated for precision non-destructive testing (NDT) in industrial environments. Certified to AMS 2644 Type 2 and EN ISO 3452 Part 2, Type II, it effectively detects surface-breaking defects such as cracks, laps, porosity, cold shuts, and welding or casting discontinuities. Suitable for inspections in extreme temperatures from -10°C to +150°C (15°F to 302°F), it delivers consistent and reliable results in demanding conditions.
