Ardrox® 9812 / 9813 / 9814 Fluorescent Post-Emulsifiable Penetrants

Overview

Ardrox® 9812, Ardrox® 9813 and Ardrox® 9814 are fluorescent post-emulsifiable liquid penetrants developed by Chemetall for high-performance fluorescent penetrant inspection (FPI) of metallic components. Available in medium, high and ultra-high sensitivity levels, these penetrants produce crisp, high-contrast indications with exceptionally low background fluorescence while offering excellent resistance to heat and UV fading. Designed for aerospace manufacturing and overhaul operations, they are ideal for electrostatic spray application and are commonly used with Ardrox® 9881 hydrophilic emulsifier and Ardrox® 9D4A dry powder developer.

• Inspect under UV-A light with a minimum intensity of 800 �W/cm� in a properly darkened inspection area
