Overview
HumiSeal® UV92 is a soft, one-part, UV-curable masking material designed to provide temporary protection of keep-out areas during conformal coating processes. Its shear-thinning viscosity allows easy dispensing and application, while full UV curing creates a reliable barrier preventing unwanted coating ingress. The material offers excellent solvent resistance and can be easily removed by peeling without leaving residue that could affect subsequent operations.

- Maximum recommended application thickness: up to 5 mm
- Cure fully using recommended UV exposure before applying conformal coating
- Remove after coating by gently peeling away from the protected surface
