Application Process

• Immerse component or PCB assembly into HumiSeal® Stripper 1080 Series product
• Allow coating to dissolve depending on coating thickness and age
• Typical cured acrylic coatings dissolve within approximately 30 minutes at room temperature
• Keep container covered to minimise solvent evaporation
• After stripping, thoroughly clean assembly using:
• Isopropyl alcohol
• Deionised water
• Other approved cleaning processes
• Dry assembly for minimum 30 minutes at 66°C before recoating
