Overview

HumiSeal® 1B73 Aerosol is a fast-drying, clear acrylic conformal coating formulated to protect printed circuit assemblies (PCAs) from moisture, contaminants, and environmental exposure. Supplied in a convenient aerosol with a non-ozone-depleting (non-ODP) propellant, it incorporates a UV tracer for easy inspection under black light and can be removed using approved HumiSeal strippers when rework or repair is required.

• Allow cold-stored aerosol cans to reach room temperature before use
• Shake can thoroughly before and during application
• Apply multiple light coats from 30-40 cm rather than one heavy coat
• If blushing occurs in humid conditions, cure for 30 minutes at 76°C to restore clarity
• Invert aerosol after use and spray briefly to clear the nozzle
