Application Process
- Immerse component or PCB assembly into HumiSeal® Stripper 1080 Series product
- Allow coating to dissolve at room temperature
- Typical cured acrylic coatings dissolve within approximately 30 minutes
- No additional heating required
- Keep container covered to minimise solvent evaporation
- After stripping, wash assembly thoroughly using isopropyl alcohol, deionised water, or an approved cleaning process
- Dry assembly for a minimum of 30 minutes at 66°C before recoating
